Which phones does it run on?
iPhone (iOS 15 or later) and Android phones. The App Store listing is available in Ireland and the United Kingdom. On a tablet or a laptop, use the web app at app.clerkand.com.
Is it the same account as the web app?
Yes. Sign in with the same Microsoft account and your matters, templates and dictionary are already there — nothing to move across. Subscriptions are managed on the web; the app unlocks automatically once your workspace has one.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. The app records offline and uploads when you are back in range, so a dictation in a court building with no signal, or on the road, is never lost. The formatted document arrives once the upload completes.
clerk& works in a mobile browser too. The app is the better experience — it records offline, hands a dictated hearing straight to your calendar, and survives a lost signal mid-dictation — but nothing is locked away from you.
